It's time for this semester's version of Let's Talk! This is your no-agenda, ask that burning question, casual conversation with School Board members and administrators. Monday, March 11 at 6 pm; enter Door #2 of the Administration Building. Hope to see YOU there!

Thankfully it’s a little warmer today, and these excited future Little Quakers’ parents are ready to get inside to register for next year! #QuakerFaces

Mrs. Hayes's friends learned about stability this week. She used marshmallows and toothpicks to teach her students! Merely stacking marshmallows doesn't provide the stability to build a strong snowman. Add toothpicks and you have a stable snowman!

Enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year begins on February 1 for Plainfield residents with children who will be age 3 before August 1. Enrollment takes place on February 1 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. Find instructions and forms on our enrollment page.

Mark your calendars for the Winter Homecoming Game that will take place on Friday, January 18.

To support our Colts, tomorrow it will be a "Blue Friday"! Dress your child in blue from head to toe if you'd like!!!

In Mrs. Rugg's class today, the students had so much fun growing the Grinch's heart during science. During math, they had to estimate the length of streamers to use to wrap their partner's body up!

Today was Polar Express Day for our full-day Little Quakers, and the cuteness overload factor was in full force! From PJs, stuffed lovies, the amazing decor and hot cocoa after naps ... wouldn't we ALL love a Polar Express Day?! #QuakerFaces

Enjoy great basketball in a beautiful setting, and be downtown to take in the many holiday traditions - all in one evening and for a great price!

Our school is participating in a creative fundraiser with Art to Remember. Order forms are due by November 14 to your child's classroom teacher. This would be a great time to purchase holiday gifts that are truly one of a kind!

Calling all Astronauts! We have lift off!

Next week, Clarks Creek and LQA will participate in Red Ribbon week. Even at 3, 4, and 5 years of age, we want our students to know that sleep, exercise, and healthy food choices make their bodies stronger.

A Nightmare on Elm Drive will be held Saturday, October 27 from 5-8PM at Clarks Creek Elementary! Don’t miss the haunted house, food, games, crafts and more!

We have had a tremendous week back. This was our first science inquiry week planned at LQA and it was a huge success. Be sure to check out twitter and facebook for more pictures.

Mrs. Hayes' students made AB pattern bracelets that also serve as 10 bead abacuses. Bobbing for apples was a fun station too!

We want to thank the Clarks Creek PTO for the cookies! We have the best PTO!
