Students and staff enjoyed a fun filled ceremony to celebrate our school's National Blue Ribbon Award. Mr. Olinger, Mr. Helmuth, Mrs. Bennett, and Mrs. Pineda had the honor of representing Van Buren in Washington D.C. last week and brought back a plaque and flag to display with pride. Our generous PTO provided a special "blue ribbon" cookie and will be giving each student a bracelet on Friday! Blue Bell ice cream was on hand to provide ice cream for the entire school too. We are proud of the hard work of our students and staff!
