Van Buren has a new club for our fourth and fifth graders this year....it's K-Kids! The mission of K-Kids is to teach young people leadership through service. Planning and taking part in service projects is a great way for club members to gain leadership skills. Already this year the students in Van Buren's K-Kids Club have assisted PHS with a coat drive, collected money to benefit UNICEF's Eliminate Project, and held a food drive to benefit St. Mark's Food Pantry. We are looking forward to a great year of spreading joy and kindness to our school and community!
