Well, if you weren’t at Plainfield High School on Tuesday night for the 2025 Create + Innovate STEM Showcase–-we’re sorry you missed it! It was right on point—you really should’ve squared it away on your calendar!

This district-wide STEAM–science, technology, engineering, arts, & mathematics–showcase shone a spotlight on projects, performances, and presentations from students in pre-K through 12th grade. With more than 1000 student works displayed, there was something for everyone. There were walkthroughs of our new spaces at PHS, orchestra performances, color guard demonstrations, our state champion We The People team, interactive physics demonstrations, robotics skills showcases, and so much more!
We had over 1500 students and families take time out of their evenings to see just a snippet of what our incredible students are working on throughout the district, which speaks to how fantastic our teachers are at embodying our mission of “bringing joy to learning.”
A huge thank you to our district-wide staff members who are passionate about STEM education for all of their hard work in putting together such an incredible experience for our students, staff, and community.
