Tuesday, September 3rd: Teacher In-Service Day--All Plainfield Schools (except LQA Full-Day preschool) are CLOSED

Don't forget ... We have parent meetings this evening for our parents with students in Mrs. Mellisa Colgan, Mrs. Emma Donovan, and Mrs. Autumn Raubuck's classes, as well as all first grade and kindergarten classes. Please note that Mrs. Dayna Cade's first grade class meeting will be at 5:30; all other first-grade meetings will be at 7:00 p.m. Meetings will take place in the classrooms.

Congratulations to Mrs. Judd and her former student, Isra Badar, for being honored at the Indiana Academic All-Star celebration today! Isra chose to honor Mrs. Judd as the educator who has been invaluable to her academic career. What a special honor!


Tonight Mrs. Donovan had the privilege of honoring two staff members at the Optimist "Partners in Education" celebration. Congratulations to Amy Prewitt, our classified staff member of the year (left) and Dayna Cade, our Teacher of the Year (right)! ♥️💙


So proud of our fifth grade athletes who competed last night in the 5th Grade Track Meet! Shout out to our staff relay team, which won their race!



Our Math Bowl team, coached by Mrs. Metz and Miss Kottkamp gave an excellent showing at key night's competition, placing second in their division! Way to go!!


Just a reminder--ALL Plainfield Schools will be CLOSED on Monday, April 8 for a Teacher Professional Development Day. We encourage all of our families to take advantage of safely experiencing the solar eclipse!


PPD Chief Prewitt participated in Men IN Action Read with one of our classrooms this morning. Every class had a man volunteer to read a special book to the students. We are so grateful for our community's support and for these student mentors! #MenINActionRead

We are so proud of our "Clarks Creek Coding Crew"! They qualified for the finals of the CS (computer science) for Good competition today at the statehouse and came home in first place! Way to go!


Congratulations to Erin Bangel, who was recognized tonight at the Big 10 championship game as one of the College Football Playoff Foundation's "Extra Yard for Teachers" winners! Congratulations, Mrs. Bangel!
