Congratulations to our November value of the month winner from Mrs. Riester's kindergarten class!
Every year at the end of November, 1st graders at Central read "Balloons Over Broadway" and learn about the history of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Students then have the opportunity to create their very own balloon for their Parade Walk through the halls of Central.
Here are just some of the creations from their special hallway parade the week of Thanksgiving.

Do you know what Central CHAMPS means? Every quarter, students receive special recognition for not only their academic hard work but also their work in being Caring, Honest, Achieving, Making good choices, and being Safe.
Students have the opportunity to earn CHAMPS tags for these specific behaviors every 6-8 weeks.
Our kindergarteners learn about Fire Safety every school year with a special visit from the PFT. Thank you for all that you do to help us! We love our community partners.

We had a great two weeks of our Raise Craze Acts of Kindness and Paying it Forward! We finished things with a school-wide celebration and silly stringing of Mr. Setterlof and Mr. Carter!
